Rajesh Bhargava took over Jolly in 1944 as a first-year engineering student. For over 50 years, he has followed his late father's principles, driving continuous improvement. His mantra, "seek perfection," fuels Jolly's unmatched innovations.

Akshay, an innovative leader, drives Jolly's R&D for luxury hardware in the subcontinent. With degrees from Amity IP University and S.P. Jain Institute, he played a key role in making Jolly India's top hardware brand aim to globally expand Jolly.

Aditya, a seasoned businessman with an engineering degree from MIT Pune and, an MBA from Cardiff Business School, oversees strategy and operations at Jolly. Inspired by his visionary father, aspiring to set industry standards in India's growth.
